Authentic home made gelato created by Pastry Chef, Jennifer Nguyen. After culinary school, Chef Jennifer went to Florence to be trained by a Master Pastry Chef. After learning how to create authentic gelato in Italy, she pushed on and created a whole array of recipes from cakes to different types of pastries.
